Miami-Dade County has appointed a 21-member Building Better Communities Bond Program's Citizens' Advisory Committee (CAC) to advise the County officials on the implementation of the $2.9 billion bond program. The CAC was created (see Ordinance) as part of the bond program approved by voters in last November's election.
