All contractors with a local Miami-Dade County office that meet the CSBE eligibility requirements may participate on the 7040 Contract. It is a closed rotational pool, on a continuing basis, with a contract period expiring on October 31, 2009.
CICC 7040-0/07 Contract documents may be obtained from the Office of Capital Improvements. All contractors interested in the pre-qualification process must be:
- Certified with the Department of Small Business Development as a Community Small Business Enterprises Program (CSBE).
- Registered as a Vendor with the Department of Procurement Management.
- Licensed and/or registered with Miami-Dade County as a General Building, Engineering, or Specialty Trade Contractor.
- Eligible to meet the contract insurance requirements for General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Worker's Compensation.
