CICC 7360-0/08 Contract documents may also be obtained from the Office of Capital Improvements. Contractors interested in the Pre-qualification Process must be:
- Registered as a Vendor with the Department of Procurement Management.
- Licensed and/or registered with Miami-Dade County as a General Building, Engineering, or Specialty Trade Contractor
- Eligible to meet the contract insurance requirements for General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Worker's Compensation upon notification of a successful bid.
