Harold Braynon Jr.
Mr. Harold Braynon Jr. is a teacher at Miami MacArthur High School in Hialeah, where he teaches American history and government, social studies, economics and African-American history.
He coached track and field and varsity football at the school for six years and served as its athletic director for 14 months. He is currently the lead building steward for the United Teachers of Dade.
Between 1983 and 1995, Mr. Braynon worked as a radiation protection consultant, conducting environmental tests and radiological monitoring at various nuclear power plants and Department of Energy facilities around the United States and assisting in preparing reports to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
