- 10/27/04 Resolution 04-062 by the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust recommending the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners amend the People's Transportation Plan to include paratransit/special transportation services (STS) as an eligible project for charter county transit system surtax funds in an amount not to exceed $55.4 million and set to expire on April 1, 2010
- 9/30/04 Resolution 04-049 by the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust recommending the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approve the Public Works Department's adjustment to the People's Transportation Plan (PTP) 2-year plan removing school flashing signals from the Commission districts yearly allocation and reassigning it within the countywide neighborhood improvements section
- (7/28/04) Resolution 04-047 by the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) recommending to the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners (BCC) that the People's Transportation Plan's (PTP) capital projects list be amended to include the procurement of twelve (12) Metromover vehicle cars and the retrofit and rehabilitation of the remaining seventeen (17) Metromover cars
- 4/28/04 Resolution 04-028 by the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) recommending that the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) amend the People's Transportation Plan (PTP) to implement a demonstration program that expands Miami-Dade Transit's Golden Passport Program for a period of three (3) years to include honorably discharged veterans who are Miami-Dade County residents and whose annual income does not exceed the standard threshold applied to determine eligibility for the low-income, senior citizen's additional homestead exemption
- 3/31/04 Resolution 04-019 by the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) Recommending to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) that the Neighborhood Improvements Section in Exhibit 1 of the People's Transportation Plan be Amended to Include Roadway Signage, Roadway Lighting, Pavement Markings, and Traffic Calming and Amend the People's Transportation Plan Accordingly

- 6/23/03 Resolution R-03-002 by the Board of County Commissioners Accepting the Approval of the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust of the Attached Bus Service Improvements and Incorporating the Bus Service Improvements into the People's Transportation Plan
- 6/23/03 Resolution R-03-001 Accepting the CITT's Amendment of the PTP by Deleting a Street Widening Project Described as "NW 170th Street" Which Calls for the Widening of This Street From Two Lanes to Four Lanes.
