Dear Ms. De La Cruz;
We reviewed the complaint your office sent us. Our records show that we were in error in processing Mr. Peterson's order. We had ordered his magazines in his name but his data entry error used an address to another customer in Ohio. Therefore, the magazine subscriptions were not initially delivered to the correct address .In conclusion, we have determined that we are at fault in the initial handling of his subscriptions. This error was not on purpose merely clerical in nature. We are sending a refund in full for the $59.65 from our company. In conclusion, we regret any misunderstanding or miscommunications that may have arisen with regards to his order with our company and we hope that his receipt of a refund that will satisfy all parties concerned.

Yesterday a representative from the company went to my house and picked up the refrigerator and also the part that was to fix the first refrigerator. I was also handed the check for the amount of $ 4,064.00 as a pay back.I feel that it is because of your involvement that I got the satisfactory resolution to my problem. As soon as I contacted Ms. Cruz she raised the issue immediately with them. A representative contacted me promptly and assured me the problem would be resolved. Dear Mr. Baker:
I recently had a problem with a new phone installation and the predicament of not knowing if my new service been a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) would connect me directly to the County 911 emergency service, in the case of an emergency.I had the good fortune to have Ms Isabel Cruz as the consumer protection agent taking care of my problem. She contacted them several times up to the highest possible level, with no satisfactory answer.
After several days, when I thought that this issue was not going to be resolved, I received a call from a 911 supervisor who was able to have my new phone service tested to my satisfaction.
I'm sure that if it had not been for the persistence, creativity, professionalism and the focusing on this issue of Ms Isabel Cruz, I would still be preoccupied with my new phone service.
I ask you, on my behalf, to recognize Ms Cruz for a job excellently well done. You are fortunate to have her working for you.

On Sunday, March 27, 2011 my family was dropped off by taxi at the cruise ship terminal to board our cruise ship "Carnival Glory". Within 2 minutes of being dropped off my teenage son realized his 'I Phone' had fallen out of his pocket in the back seat of our taxi which had now left the cruise ship terminal. I ran over to a police officer and told him and he brought me over to a fellow in uniform nearby and told him what had happened. This immediately phoned his supervisor and told him. I only knew the taxi drivers name from the permit on the dash, not his license number or the taxi company, only that it was an orange taxi and he picked us up at the Embassy Suites by the airport. He said all taxis are orange in Miami, but don't worry we will find out what taxi company it was and as long as the next taxi fare doesn't pocket the phone we will get it back. He said to give him an hour and he would find out for us.
Approximately 45 minutes later his phone rang from his supervisor and he had the taxi drivers' cell phone number. Daniels coworker phoned the taxi driver while Daniel was still on the phone with his supervisor and the taxi driver looked in the back seat and found the phone between the seat cushions. He was only 5 minutes away and brought the phone right over. I gave the driver $20 and thanked him and tried to give Daniel some money to thank him but he immediately refused. He and his coworker said they are not allowed to accept money or gifts and would not even take it to buy lunch.
My wife and I (as well as my son) were thrilled to have the phone back and were amazed how fast and efficient your staff was in handling our situation. We would appreciate it if you could thank Daniel Rossi for us again and hope that you will recognize one of your excellent employees. Can you please tell him thanks for his efforts, and the efforts of his supervisor and that we raised our glasses a few times in his honor during our cruise.

The company agreed to waive half of the "extra" charges (administrative fee, loss-of-use fee, and diminishment-of-value fee), and I thought that was probably the best I could do. "Most organizations are equipped with a "Complaints Department", to handle what issues may arise from the daily activities of their employees. I continue to submit to you that most organizations should have a "Congratulations Department" to intercept any good news stories that may come their way.Please extend to these Officers our deepest gratitude and respect for the care extended to us.
