Vendor Registration is the process most firms prefer to avoid delays in the event they are recommended for a contract award. Registered vendors will also have their company name added to a computerized listing of vendors used by Procurement Management and county departments to obtain quotes for goods and services valued up to $10,000.
If you are not a registered vendor, use Vendor Enrollment as a fast, convenient way to receive solicitation notices of interest without completing the paperwork required for vendor registration. The County Code requires that in the event an enrolled vendor is recommended for a contract award, they must be registered by completing the Vendor Registration Package
in order to receive the award.
If you are a "Registered" or an "Enrolled" vendor, you can update your profile at any time.
The Park, Recreation and Open Space Department counts on Procurement Management to purchase its playground equipment.
