(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Commissioner Dennis C. Moss will be the guest speaker at the general meeting of the Perrine-Cutler Ridge Council on August 26, 2003, where he will provide an update of current and upcoming county projects within District 9.  Commissioner Moss’ district includes parts of south Miami-Dade County, Florida City and Homestead.  The media is invited to attend.
