Commercial HVAC and CO2 Sensors/Occupancy Sensors

Here is what you need to obtain the rebate amount for a Commercial HVAC:

For each property and HVAC equipment indicate make, model, and serial number, BTU and SEER/EER of new HVAC system. You must also include the Heating, Refrigerator Air Institute Rating (HRAI) number for each HVAC.

Here is what you need to obtain the rebate amount for a CO2 Sensors/Occupancy Sensors:

• Submit real actual square footage for each area and identify the functionality of each area.
• All required documentation is required. A LESP/Subcontractor must deduct rebate from the total cost. County will send a letter to FPL authorizing rebate to be paid to the LESP.

Residential Insulation HVAC

To ensure insulation is distributed equally, blown-in insulation is required. Call only if you are the licensed entity (LESP/ Subcontractor) who will perform the job.  If you are already an "active" FPL PIC you do not need to re-register with FPL.   County will send a letter to FPL authorizing rebate to be paid to the LESP.

Commercial Lighting

The LESP must contact the Contractor Specialist directly. A PIC Lighting package will be given to the LESP to register. A LESP must deduct the rebate from the total cost and FPL will reimburse LESP/PIC.
