Repair Work
Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development is soliciting contractors to pre-qualify vendors/firms to be awarded work to complete multiple repairs to vacant units at its residential developments.
Advertised Bids
The Cone of Silence prohibits certain oral communications regarding a particular RFP, RFQ or bid during the period the Cone is in effect. Written communications, copied to the Clerk of the Board, are permitted at all times.
