Welcome to "Diversity Matters," an eLearning program designed to support workplace diversity and equal employment compliance!
Diversity Matters eLearning, a web-based training program with over 700 courses; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to participating Miami-Dade County employees. To promote diversity and ensure workplace fairness, participants are required to complete all the "Diversity/EEO" courses during a 90 day period.
Once the required courses are completed, participants will have access to additional online courses. So take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about diversity, sharpen your skills, or develop new skills to help you grow professionally and prepare you for advancement.
What is the Diversity Matters Program?
A program to:
- Provide equal employment opportunity (EEO), diversity training, and other subject matter training titles to all Miami-Dade County employees.
- Educate employees on EEO and diversity.

How do I access the eLearning environment via ENET?

Your Miami-Dade e-Key is the combination of the letter "e" and your employee ID (which can be found on your pay stub under EMP. ID#)

To log into e-Net, use initial password: Type the word "Pass" plus the last 4 digits of your social security number. The "P" in Pass must be capitalized. (example: Pass5555)
- Once you have accessed your ENET account click on the "Enterprise" tab, locate the "My Menu" portlet on the upper right side of your screen, click on the link labeled "Diversity Matters: eLearning Training " to begin.
