 Online Sign up and Request Forms

Request a Speaker Form Citizen speaker request form.

Pre-event Form Speaker submits events they will be speaking at.

Post-event Form Speaker fills out after their event.

Signing up on Bluebook is easy here's how:

Step #1 - Open enet.miamidade.gov.

Step #2 - Log in to eNet.

Step #3 - Go to the Bluebook tab.

Step #4 - Scroll all the way down to Volunteer Info section and check the box next to "Speaker".

Step #5 - Scroll to the top of the page and click on the "Update" button to submit your request.

Step #6 - A Speaker's Bureau member will contact you and provide you with a promotion code for free training.
