Performance Improvement

The Ryan White Program Performance Improvement Plan provides a systematic approach to quality assessment and performance improvement for the Miami-Dade County Ryan White Program.

Comprehensive Site Visit

Monitoring activities conducted by the Ryan White Program include on-site visits to contracted service providers.  A comprehensive monitoring instrument is used to assess provider compliance with fiscal, programmatic, and administrative requirements.
