The Office of Safe Neighborhood Parks (OSNP)
 

OSNP is a department of Miami-Dade County created to serve as staff support to the Safe Neighborhood Parks Citizens’ Oversight Committee and administer the bond program consistent with the Ordinance and the Administrative Rules.
