Curb Ramp-Sidewalk / Audible Pedestrian Signal Information

To achieve or maintain program accessibility, it is advisable for public entities to establish an ongoing procedure for installing curb ramps and audible pedestrian signals and also fixing damaged sidewalks upon request in areas frequented by individuals with disabilities as residents, employees, or visitors.

If you wish to report a damaged or missing curb ramp, broken sidewalk, or the need for audible pedestrian signal in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, please call the County Answer Center at 311 (voice) or 305-468-5402 (TTY.)

To report a damaged or missing curb ramp, broken sidewalk, or the need for an audible pedestrian signal located in a municipality, call that municipality's Answer Center or public works department.
