An Initiative to Educate, Engage, & Retain Our Future Workforce

High School Undergraduate Graduate

Your Community. Your Future.

The AIM Initiative is committed to supporting the education of Miami-Dade County’s future leaders from the ranks of high school, college, university and technical school students. We offer multiple internship and training programs aimed at developing, promoting and fostering students' marketable skills through relevant experiences guided by experts in their respective fields.

Working closely with the institutions that comprise our nationally recognized local education system, we aim to further develop and encourage our best and brightest to join a growing class of young professionals that choose to make Miami-Dade their home, now and in the future.

You too can join us in Actively Investing in Miami-Dade!
