Miami-Dade Animal Services Hosts April Showers Spring Adoption Event

It’s raining cats and dogs at the Miami-Dade Animal Services Department this Sunday, April 22, 2012, from Thanks to the support and direction of Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez, all pet adoptions will be half price during this spring adoption event.

Each year, the shelter impounds between 30,000 and 36,000 pets.  The goal at Animal Services is to reunite lost pets with their families or find life-long homes for as many animals as possible.  For more information, visit Animal Services or call 3-1-1.
