Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department and the Hispanic Latino Presbyterian Women Invite the Community to Celebrate Grandparents Day with a Pet Adoption Event

The Hispanic Latino Presbyterian Women will be celebrating “Grandparents Day“ and honoring the elderly of the Hispanic Presbyterian Churches (PCUSA) of the community. This Pet Adoption event is in hopes of finding loving homes for Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department (ASD) shelter pets and finding that perfect companion for all grandparents.  The day will be filled with BBQ, Games, Inflatable water slide for the children and much more for all ages. Bring your pets with you to this event or adopt your next best friend from ASD, all adoption fees will be ½ off.

Tickets to the event are $7.00 per person for ages 13 and older. Children 12 and under are free.

About The Hispanic Latino Presbyterian Women (HLPW):

HLPW is made up of women with origins in different countries and diverse backgrounds. Some of them are immigrants to the United States of America from Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Many live outside the Continent and The United States in Puerto Rico. The bond that unites them in song and prayer is their love of God, our church, our Hispanic Latin people and the Spanish and Portuguese language, our common Latin roots.
