Dog and Cat low cost spay/neuter surgeries at Miami-Dade County Animal Services suspended October 23rd through October 26th Regular services will resume Tuesday, October 30th

In preparation for the 24 Hour Mega Pet Adoption Event on Saturday, October 27th at Tropical Park, Miami-Dade County Animal Services will be temporarily suspending spay/neuter services to the public Tuesday, October 23nd to Friday, October 26th.  We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and apologize for the brief suspension of services.  Regular services will resume Tuesday, October 30th.

The department thanks the community for its understanding and encourages everyone to spay/neuter their pets.

Each year, the Miami-Dade Animal Services shelter receives approximately 30,000 abandoned and homeless pets. The goal at Animal Services is to reunite lost pets with their families or find life-long homes for as many pets as possible. For more information, visit Miami-Dade Animals or call 3-1-1.
