    To advise the Board of County Commissioners, the County Administration, the community with respect to matters pertaining to the Asian-American community in Miami-Dade County.

    To encourage the activities, and participation of Asian-Americans in civic, cultural, Economic, and community affairs.

    To promote the cultural heritage and eliminate ignorance and bigotry towards Asian-Americans.
