Unemployment Compensation

How do I apply for unemployment?

You may apply online by visiting the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation’s website. This will take you to the application screen to apply for unemployment benefits.

If you have any questions concerning your benefits, call 1-800-204-2418. You will not receive your first check until several weeks after you have submitted your claim.
