Jason Bloch's practice areas include eminent domain, real estate and commercial transactional work, and real estate, construction and commercial litigation, as well as in-house counsel services to the Public Health Trust. He is also currently counsel to the County's Medical Examiner.
Since joining the office Mr. Bloch has worked in a variety of practice areas including public housing, torts and civil rights litigation, construction and commercial litigation, and served as the legal advisor to the Nuisance Abatement Board. He has served as lead chair in over a dozen jury trials, and has argued appeals in Eleventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals, the Florida, Third District Court of Appeal, and the Florida Supreme Court.
Jason served in the office from 1994-2014, and left to become a Circuit Court Judge when appointed in 2014.
