The County is sensitive to the fact that many of our non eligible employees are not aware of companies in the community that provide affordable healthcare to individuals. As a convenience, the County has posted links to Care Access Health Plan, Preferred Medical Plan, Florida Health Solution and ProMedical Plan PHC four companies currently licensed by the State of Florida to provide pre-paid health clinic plans. Please click on the link for the plan(s) of interest and follow the instructions. We have also included contact information for all plans. Please direct all inquires including those pertaining to eligibility, benefits, costs and enrollment directly to the plan(s) of interest to you at the numbers provided. Once again, this information is being provided as a convenience to you. The benefits are not administered by the County.
