The following criteria must be satisfied for vendor offerings to be considered:

The discount must not be offered exclusively to County employees. The discounts must be offered to other counties, cities or corporations.

The vendor must confirm it complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The vendor must clearly identify the discount it will be offering to all County employees.

The discount cannot be related to one of the County group benefits offered.
