    Ruben O. Carrerou
    Director, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida

    Ruben O. Carrerou began his career with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida  in January of 1973. 
    Mr. Carrerou holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and is a graduate fellow of the Institute for Court Management in Denver, Colorado.
