Ms. Horn has more than 25 years of professional experience in banking, housing and community development. Her most recent experience includes serving as Fannie Mae’s Florida Director for Community Development, where she was responsible for dealing with urban housing challenges, urban revitalization, workforce housing and foreclosure prevention.

She works closely with the Miami-Dade Housing Agency, the Housing Finance Authority, the Homeless Trust and other agencies to meet our community’s housing and development challenges.

Ms. Horn holds Ph.D. and Master’s degrees from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
