New Art Museum

The new Perez Art Museum of Miami (PAMM) is a world-class facility showcasing modern art inside a new architectural marvel on Biscayne Bay.

The GOB allocation towards the project is $100,000,000.

Vizcaya Skylight

Historic art is now in a climate-controlled environment, thanks to a new skylight covering the interior courtyard at the Vizcaya Museum, courtesy of $2.5 million from GOB.

Equestrian Center

Phase 2 of the new Equestrian Center at Tropical Park was finished in 2013.
The GOB allocation towards the project is $8.6 million.

Bond Program

General Obligation Bonds (GOB) are a way to finance government capital improvement projects such as those included in the Building Better Communities Bond Program.

Building Better Communities

The Building Better Communities Program is funded by $2.9 billion in General Obligation Bonds. Through this GOB program, more than 300 neighborhood and regional capital projects will be completed over the next 15 years.
