FY 2010-11 Adopted Budget and Multi-Year Capital Plan

This document is the plan for Miami-Dade County government for the time from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011. It is the story of what our County departments plan to do, the services we plan to provide for you for the next twelve months.

Things may change: the funding we use to support these services may not come in as expected -- it may be higher or lower; you may ask us to do something different than we envisioned; an extraordinary event may occur that would require us to change our plans.

All well-managed organizations have a plan. This is what we have outlined as our plan for the services we provide to you and our expectations for the departments and functions that provide those services.
