Provides staff for the BBC Citizens' Advisory Committee

Develops and monitors interlocal agreements with municipalities

Coordinates workforce programs and jobs initiatives

Develops and implements program schedules and manage program costs

Assists the Finance Department in coordinating the timing and availability of bond funds to expenditures

Monitor programs and cash flow

Supports the Office of Strategic Business management (OSBM) and the Finance Department in reporting arbitrage and interest revenue and expenses
