(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Effective July 18, 2005, the Building Department no longer accepts permit applications without the property owner’s notarized signature. On July 7, 2005, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-886-05, which requires the written consent of the property owner by signature on the permit application prior to acceptance and processing.
