Clerk of Courts Office Closing at West Dade Satellite office 11805 SW 26 St. (Coral Way)

With the closure of the Permitting & Inspection Center (PIC) Recorder’s Office, what are my options for recording my documents?

• You can bring your original document in person, along with the appropriate fees, to the main office at 22 NW First Street in the Courthouse East Building. This method is the most expedient for recording.
• You can mail your original document, along with the appropriate fees. Please mail documents for recording to the address listed below:
