Miami-Dade Water and Sewer - New Business Review

Effective Monday, August 1, 2011, the following Building Permit Categories associated with the Permit Application Types will automatically be flagged for review by MDWASD New Business for both Residential and Commercial properties:

Building Permit Categories and Permit Application Types

01 -- General Building-Commercial: Addition Attached

02 -- Sub-General Building-Residential: Addition Attached

48 -- Screen Enclosures: Alterations, Interior

88 -- Walk-in Cooler: New Construction

91 -- Marinas
