    Permit Cancellations and Refunds

    Attention: All Permit Applicants

    Effective Monday, October1, 2008 applicants requesting cancellation of an expired permit will be required to pay a fee to cover the cost of cancellation review and inspection.  The fee is $72.00 per permit and must be paid at the time of cancellation request.

    For additional information on permit cancellation procedures, please refer to the Building Department’s “Procedures for Refunds and Permit Cancellations" .
