Exterior building surfaces must be free of peeling paint or graffiti (Sec. 19-15.11)
- Vacant buildings must be secure and water tight.
- Masonry walls and fences may not be sagging, leaning or have damage such as holes, missing bricks or pickets or surface deterioration Exterior area is free of peeling paint and neat in appearance however, the ICE storage and newspaper box and window signs are in violation.
