Litter Bins & Littering

Litter bins are required at all stores where food or beverages are sold for consumption or take-out. (Sec. 19-15.5)

• This applies to all locations regardless of year built. No one is exempt.
• One bin is required at 100 foot intervals along pedestrian walkway.
• Anti-littering sign required.
• Litter bins need to be anchored or of sufficient weight to stay secured.
