Entrances should be free of structural defects; look for obstructions to visibility. (Sec. 19-15.9)
- Landscaping must be viable, not dead or missing. (Sec. 18A-11)
- Stop Sign placement is vital at all egresses to public streets.
- Tall shrubs are set back and trimmed to allow motorists to see oncoming cars
