  • Roof signs are not allowed without prior public hearing approval (Sec. 33-95)
  • Pennants or streamers are not allowed (Sec. 33-95)
  • Flags may not be used primarily as an advertising device (Sec. 33-95)

Pennants and flags solely used as advertising display are not allowed.
