UF/IFAS Miami-Dade County Extension to offer free "Gardening in the Tropics" class June 10

(MIAMI, June 5, 2015) – The University of Florida/IFAS Miami-Dade County Cooperative Extension, in partnership with the Village of Palmetto Bay, will host a free class, “Gardening in the Tropics (Zone 10),” at 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the Thalatta Estate.

Master Gardener Terri Stephen will teach participants how to care for their South Florida landscape all about planting the right plants in the right place to create a low maintenance, pleasing yard.
