Learn how to compete for construction contracts
(MIAMI, February 7, 2013) – Small Business Development (SBD) under the Business Affairs Division of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER) will host a forum for construction companies including Community Small Business Enterprise (CSBE) members on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Stephen P. Clark Building located at 111 NW 1st Street, Room 18-3 in Miami, Florida.
During the workshop, participants will be given information and resources to strengthen and enhance their ability to compete both in the government construction contracting arena as well as in the private construction contracting arena. They will also learn how to prepare themselves to compete for construction contracts by adhering to participation provisions.
SBD will continue hosting monthly forums to address topics of interest. The purpose of the forums is to educate small businesses and provide entrepreneurs with networking opportunities.
