Extension to host free Vegetable Gardening Workshop

(MIAMI, February 15, 2013) – The Miami-Dade Cooperative Extension is hosting a free vegetable gardening workshop on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Coral Gables Congregational Church located at 3010 De Soto Boulevard in Coral Gables, Florida.  The church is located across from the Biltmore Hotel.

Learn organic and sustainable vegetable gardening for South Florida. You’ll also learn which plants can be grown for your south Florida spiritual garden. It's easier than you think!

The class is taught by University of Florida/Miami-Dade County Extension Horticulture Agent and Miami Herald columnist Adrian Hunsberger.
