Miami-Dade Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources announces luxury limousine sedan license lottery
(MIAMI, November 24, 2014) – The Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources will be conducting a lottery to distribute 10 luxury limousine sedan licenses. The 10 licenses are to be distributed as follows:
- Seven licenses for individuals or companies who currently hold a for-hire limousine license.
- Three licenses to applicants who are not holders of a current and valid limousine for-hire license.
Applications will be accepted from Monday, December 1, 2014, until Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at 4 p.m. Applications submitted prior to December 1, 2014, will not be processed or returned.
Those interested in participating in the lottery are encouraged to read the lottery guidelines to familiarize themselves with the rules and requirements of the lottery prior to submitting an application.
The lottery application and information package are available online at the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources website.
