The Community Action Agency's FATHERS Project is provided through the Self Help Institute and provides a comprehensive family effort to fully engage male parents in the lives of their children, while increasing their earning potential through employment. The program provides individual assessment, job preparation and placement, as well as provides opportunities for remediation, education and vocational training.
