Campgrounds
The Miami International Agriculture & Cattle Show (MIACS) Authority provides on ground campsites to event participants for a nightly fee of $30.00 US with electricity and water or a self-contained site (no utilities) for a nightly fee $20.00 US. In order to secure a space all camping fees for exhibitors and vendors the application and full payment must be received no later than March 31, 2008.
- The patron is to use their assigned space only.
- One hook up is provided per campsite. The use on an additional hook up will result in an additional campsite fee.
- Standard hook-up is 30 Amp (110 volt). Any additional electrical requirements must be arranged through the camping office for an additional fee payable at the time of hookup.
- Reservations are mandatory and must be prepaid on or before the March 03 deadline. Make checks payable to: Miami-Dade Park & Recreation Department
- All Pets will be regulated by the Miami-Dade County Leash Law. All dogs must be on a leash when ever on the fairgrounds. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the premises without a refund.
- Livestock is not permitted to be walked, ridden, or housed at the campgrounds under any circumstances.
- Only one vehicle is allowed per campsite. Any vehicle blocking a campsite will be towed at owner’s expense.
- Tents and awnings are prohibited.
- No dumping of wastewater on grounds.
