No funds remain for NSP Spot Loans at this time. However, homeownership assistance is available for the purchase of County owned NSP homes. If you are eligible to purchase a foreclosed home, the County may have the assistance you need. Please review the eligibility requirements on the application for Homebuyer Assistance. Purchases must be made in any of the priority areas throughout the County. Check the priority areas to see if the unit you are interested in is eligible.
Please contact Clarence Brown, Director of the Housing Assets Management Section, at 786-469-2100, if you should have any questions regarding the Plan.
