Housing developers undertaking condominium and town home projects within the Enterprise Zone of Miami-Dade County may be eligible for a refund of sales tax paid on building materials and business equipment.  Both for-profit and not-for-profit developers (but not tax-exempt organizations that do not pay sales tax) are eligible to apply within six (6) months of having a certificate of occupancy (for construction projects) or the purchase of the equipment.
