Oversees departmental operations including the planned used of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and other federal and state program funds to develop viable urban neighborhoods and communities characterized by decent housing and the expansion of economic opportunities.
