Description:
The Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund provides Miami-Dade County businesses located in Brownfield areas, funds to remediate and redevelop sites that are environmentally contaminated.  Eligible applicants may receive loans up to $500,000 per project.  Funds are limited to 50% of the project cost to fill a financing shortfall.
