    Brownfields Programs

    Business seeking funding to start a new business or expand an existing one may be eligible for financial assistance from one of the several programs funded through the Department of Housing and Community Development.

    If your business is creating jobs or making an investment, apply to designate your site a “Brownfield site” (Please download application form below).  This designation allows the site to quality for various state and federal incentives.
