Description:
This area-specific program is designed to improve the physical and economic condition of commercial for profit businesses in low and moderate-income neighborhoods.  The program makes available grants up to a maximum of $100,000 to qualified business owners and merchants to rehabilitate the exterior of their commercial buildings.

OCED is seeking consultants, contractors and sub contractors to participate in a bid pool for their Commercial Revitalization Program (CRP).  The bid pool advertisement, applicant questionnaire and voluntary registration form are attached for your use.
