Description:
This area-specific program is designed to assist in the commercial redevelopment of properties located in Miami Dade County’s State Enterprise Zone, Federal Enterprise Community-Empowerment Zone, Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSAs), Eligible Block Groups and Designated Targeted Urban Areas. Awarded recipients can receive grants of up to a maximum $100,000 per property to improve the facades and open space of commercial facilities located in low to moderate-income neighborhoods.
OCED is seeking consultants, contractors and sub contractors to participate in a bid pool for their Commercial Revitalization Program (CRP). The  bid pool advertisement, applicant questionnaire and voluntary registration form are attached for your use.
