Charter Review Task Force meets Wednesday, December 12, 2007 |

The 21-member task force is reviewing the County’s Home Rule Charter, or the "constitution" for Miami-Dade County. Section 9.08 of the Home Rule Charter requires the Board of County Commissioners to review the Charter at least once every five years to determine whether or not there is a need for revision. Recommendations for changes are provided by the Charter Review Task Force. For more information, please log on www.miamidade.gov/charterreview.
